What we collect, and what we do with it.

Short version: we collect what you hand us in the preview form, we use it to build your preview and talk to you about it, and we do not sell it to anyone. The longer version follows.
What we collect
When you request a free preview, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, business name, industry, what you want the site to do, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email and chosen time.
Like most websites, ours also records basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit. Your light or dark mode preference is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.
What we do with it
We use your information to build and send your preview, answer your questions, deliver the work if you hire us, and send you the occasional email about your project. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run the business, such as our hosting, scheduling, email and payment providers. Those providers only get what they need to do their job.
Cookies and embedded content
This site includes content from other services, including a video player and a scheduling tool. Those services may set their own cookies and see your IP address when their content loads, in the same way they would if you visited them directly. Their own privacy policies govern what they do with that information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to answer you and, if you become a client, for as long as we need them for the work and for our business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honour those requests.
Children
This site is meant for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
